Check this new manual!!!! It excludes Selénia STAR PE from 1750 Turbo engines!!!
I wonder why!

I've already checked at my AR Customer Service in Portugal that exists an internal information about the new oil Selénia Sport Power.
Next week my Giulietta will get the new oil...

because selenia star Pe it's a different engine oil then another oils. for example: Selenia Sport Power; Shell Helix Ultra Racing 10W-60; Motul.....These Oils are very good Oils for Alfa 1750 Turbo petrol Engine.

selenia star it is different for chemicals and physicals compositions. selenia star it's for Alfa JTS Engine Only, not for the new Turbo Engine. read the technical sheet.

Il fatto che hanno cambiato tipo d'olio non so se prenderla bene o no.... vuol dire che hanno riconosciuto varie rotture magari dovute all olio che non lubrificava bene la turbina.

Si sono daccordo con te. però se hanno cambiato olio con uno molto sportivo di nuovissima concezione dedicato solo al 1750 qualcosa che non andava c era. lo star evidentemente non era adeguato

mi sembra strano , se l'hanno cambiato un motivo ci sara' ma non dimenticatevi che il 1750 non e' un motore "nuovo" sono anni ormai 5-6 anni che gia monta su 159 brera e spider e a loro han sempre dato lo star, (specifica S2 per intenderci)
