I have problems with unlocking front doors!
The situation is so:
-all comands works on telecomanda and are confirmed by car [this include lock-unlock]
-the front doors are locking well [both]
-the hatchbag door is locking-unlocking well
-when I try to open front doors can be hear something like working noise, but the doors are not unlocked and have to use the key [same action in both front doors]
Generally speaking the simptom is like on unlocking comand the motor has no force to unlock!
Does anybody know something about this?
I can understand responses in italian.
The car is a second one.
Most opinions in forums about alfa 147 are like this-excellent car,but a lot of electrical problems!

Hello and welcome in Clubalfa,

Seems strange that both motors have no force to unlock the doors because they receive power from the same "Service" unit, the only difference when you open/close the door is that + & - polarity are provided to electric motors in reverse order.

Anyway you can try to oil related mechanism to avoid resistance issue.

Thanks for fast answer!
I also was thinking about some friction, but i have to wait for a friend to make this operation-it's a little dificult to unmount door cover.
Same time the changing of polarity has to be done by a relay,is'nt it?I can't find a such relay in eLearn program! If relay exists it can not work properly,or maybe, there is a bad connection for both locking device.
Unfortunately the electrical wiring diagrams, from eLearn, are quite confusing and no block diagram for locking sistem is available.
Any documentation about this is well accepted.

Changing polarity is not driven by a relè but by "Service" control unit (in not sure if, in English, is the correct name :D) placed in front of passenger seat.
