170cv Turbo not boosting fully

Hi. I changed blow off valve, N75
Valve, waste gate actuator with a Turbosmart one, but I am not still getting full turbo boost. Maximum I can see is around 0.7bar. Could it be software problem I can solve with alfaobd or MES? The only thing I didn’t do is to change the turbo itself. Grazie

Hai già controllato i tubi che portano aria alla turbina? Se hanno una lieve fessura potrebbe essere questo il problema

I have seen this and most likely this is the reason for the problem
