Devi guardare e vedere con attenzione che cosa c'è scritto sul libretto delle istruzioni della tua vettura, perché sta tutto scritto lí.

gradazione, Specifica GEAR LUBE ovvero GL4 - GL4+ / GL5 - MIL (TRASMISSIONE MILITARE) ecc..ecc.. in base a questi fattori ti puoi orientare nella scelta dei diversi prodotti che ci sono in circolazione sul mercato senza per forza di cose andare a prendere il prodotto originale consigliato da fiat. Come additivo ci vuole Bardahl.

• 159 / Brera Spider 939 1.8 MPI, 1.8 TBi, 1.9 JTS 16V, 2.2 JTS 16V, 1.9 JTD(M) 8/16V,
  necessary quantity for one oil service about 2,3 litres
• 159 / Brera Spider 939 2.0 JTDM - only cars with gearbox F40
  Attention there was a second gearbox for the 2.0 JTDM engine for which this oil is not suitable

Most of the above mentioned cars will no longer need a regular gearbox oil service if you believe Alfa Romeo's maintanance plan.
The gearbox oil which is filled into the gearbox during the production of the car is considered to be a "lifetime filling".
Nethertheless it is recommended to replace the gearbox oil after about every 80.000 km to remove all the abrasion which accrues during normal use.

No, l'additivo va messo senza tener conto del quantitativo. Poiché non aumenta il livello , il volume totale dell'olio
